Ms. Priyanka Jain is a Founder Partner of the firm and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with over 09 years of experience in corporate governance and legal compliance. As a Qualified Independent Director, she specializes in secretarial and legal compliances, backed by certifications in FEMA and a law degree (LLB).

She possesses deep expertise in SEBI Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) registrations, guiding clients through the end-to-end registration process across all AIF categories (Category I, II, and III). She has successfully assisted numerous fund managers and investment entities in structuring their AIFs, obtaining SEBI approvals, and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Her proficiency extends to SEBI Regulations, RBI, and FEMA compliance, with a strong track record in securing regulatory approvals for various market intermediaries, including portfolio managers, investment advisers, and brokers. Additionally, her expertise in Stock Exchange listing compliances further strengthens her ability to navigate complex corporate transactions, including mergers, takeovers, and restructuring.

Mr. Ajaykumar Vishwakarma, Company Secretary, having completed Certified Course on IBC & Corporate Restructuring from ICSI, is having experience of over 7 years in Corporate Laws. He is having specialization in the area of Merger, Acquisition and takeover, Secretarial Audit, Bank Due Diligence, Secretarial, Joint Ventures & Corporate Restructuring, Drafting Commercial Agreements, representing our clients in the matters related to NCLT, RD, ROC, OL, Registrar of Trade Marks, RBI and Collector of Stamp.

Krupa Joisar, a Company Secretary (CS) and fellow member of The Institute of Company Sectaries of India and a L.L.B. graduate from the Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai, is passionate about corporate laws. After working with a reputed practising CS firm and getting hands on experience in one of the India’s largest corporates in construction sector handling corporate restructuring, legal due diligence, drafting agreements, rendering opinion on diverse issues under Companies Act, FEMA, NBFC and represents her clients before SEBI, RBI for more than 9 years. Dhirendra Singh brings over 13 years of experience in top management roles within both listed and unlisted entities, including JSW Steel Limited, I spat Industries Ltd, and Ruchi Soya Industrial Limited. He served as Statutory Auditor for Allahabad Bank (2015-2019) and Concurrent Auditor for Punjab National Bank (2007-2009), showcasing his expertise in ensuring financial compliance and accuracy. Since January 2006, Dhirendra has been the Proprietor of Dhirendra Singh & Associates (DSA), an 18-year-old Mumbai-based Chartered Accountants firm. DSA offers comprehensive services such as assurance, taxation consultancy, financial advisory, forensic audits, internal controls, and due diligence. With a team of 30 professionals, including qualified Chartered Accountants, DSA delivers reliable services tailored to diverse organizational needs.

In 2021, Dhirendra expanded his expertise by becoming a registered Insolvency Professional, demonstrating his commitment to navigating complex financial situations. His empathetic and strategic approach ensures effective stakeholder management and successful business rescues, reflecting his proactive stance in the dynamic insolvency landscape.
